Order Processing 

The GURU Customer Care team is committed to efficiently processing orders. Orders placed before 12 pm EST are processed within 24 hours of receipt.

Fulfillment

Monday - Friday: 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM EST

Order Edits

Once an order is placed, it cannot be edited. We are unable to update quantities, add or remove items, or modify the shipping address.

*Please carefully review your purchase before submitting your order to ensure the accuracy of billing/shipping addresses and ordered quantities.
 

Returns

Please note that we do not accept returns. If your order is returned to our warehouse, a refund will be issued, excluding the initially paid delivery charges. If you have any further questions, please contact us.

Damages and Issues

We encourage you to meticulously inspect your order upon receipt. Should you identify any issues with your GURU cases, please inform us promptly. This allows us to promptly assess the situation and implement corrective measures.
