None of our products contain artificial sweeteners such as sucralose or aspartame. We prefer to use stevia and monk fruit, two natural plants, to give a sweet taste to our low-calorie, high-energy beverages. 

Stevia leaves have been used for over 1,500 years by the Guaraní peoples of South America. The natives of the region chewed the leaves to sweeten their mouths and sweeten their drinks. The particularity of this plant is that it contains no calories. 

Native to Southeast Asia, Luo Han Guo is known as monk fruit because it was used by Buddhist monks since the 13th century. Known for its sweet taste, monk fruit has a sweetening power 200 times more powerful than table sugar, which means that a small amount can make a big difference! 

GURU drinks are inspired by functional plants traditionally sourced from different regions of the world. 

We source the ingredients according to their origin: Canada, United States, Brazil, Italy, Spain, Sri Lanka, China and Japan. 

While caffeine can be enjoyed by many, it's important to note that it's not recommended for pregnant or breastfeeding individuals. We strongly advise following your doctor's recommendations regarding caffeine intake during these periods. 

Additionally, for those under 18, it's best to wait before diving into caffeinated drinks. Your health and well-being are our utmost priority!

Sometimes during shipping, our cans might get a little close and end up with tiny dents. But don't worry! These little imperfections don't change the amazing taste or safety of our drinks.

If you're seeing that your package has been delivered but you haven't received it, don't worry just yet! Sometimes there can be a small delay, so we suggest giving it 24 hours.
