Luc is an avid innovator and the creative genius behind GURU’s energy drinks. He has a Ph.D. in pharmacology and over 15 years of experience in developing and launching energy drinks, sport gels, probiotics and vitamin supplements.

Pamela brings 15+ years of HR leadership experience in consumer goods, hospitality, and retail, with a focus on culture, talent, and organizational growth. She has held senior HR roles at Fattal Group, APP Group, and Aux Vivres. She is known for building strong teams and fostering people-first, high-performance cultures.

Carl served as CEO of GURU from 2020 to 2026, leading the Company’s sales and marketing transformation and driving significant growth. He has over 20 years of experience in sales, marketing and strategic planning with multinational CPG across Canada. Carl was a finalist for the EY Entrepreneur Of The Year® 2022 award.

Jeff is a veteran entrepreneur and business leader with a track record of building and scaling successful companies in the US. He is the co-founder and former CEO of Suja Juice, a leading organic cold-pressed juice company, where he led the company from its startup stage to over $300 million in sales.
ERIC GRAVELINE
Chair of the GHRC Committee
Eric is the Founder and Managing Director of DEK Management Inc. He has over 30 years of experience in the investment banking and investment management industry. He previously ran a $500 million division in NYC as Managing Director at Citigroup and President of Citigroup Risk Brokers.
