Luc is an avid innovator and the creative genius behind GURU’s energy drinks. He has a Ph.D. in pharmacology and over 15 years of experience in developing and launching energy drinks, sport gels, probiotics and vitamin supplements.
SHINGLY LEE
VP Marketing
Shingly has demonstrated a remarkable propensity for leading high-performing marketing teams. In her most recent role as Head of Marketing and Brand at Alpha Foods, she was instrumental in the company’s exponential growth. Previously, she worked at Danone on the Vega brand, The Kraft Heinz Company and Procter & Gamble.

Pamela brings 15+ years of HR leadership experience in consumer goods, hospitality, and retail, with a focus on culture, talent, and organizational growth. She has held senior HR roles at Fattal Group, APP Group, and Aux Vivres. She is known for building strong teams and fostering people-first, high-performance cultures.

Eric is the Founder and Managing Director of DEK Management Inc. He has over 30 years of experience in the investment banking and investment management industry. He previously ran a $500 million division in NYC as Managing Director at Citigroup and President of Citigroup Risk Brokers.

Joe is a seasoned entrepreneur who has launched several successful businesses and was the driving force behind two of Montreal's most renowned EDM music venues. He has solid expertise in operations, retail and supplier relations.

He is the co-founder and former CEO of Suja Juice, a leading organic cold-pressed juice company, where he led the company from its startup stage to over $300 million in sales.

Anne-Marie is a seasoned executive with a strong background in marketing and digital transformation. She held senior positions at prominent organizations, including Bombardier Recreational Products (BRP), where she served as Chief Marketing Officer, and Telus, where she led brand and marketing activities.

Philippe is the CEO and Co-Founder of Sid Lee, an international creative services firm with offices in Europe and North America. Philippe is also a seasoned entrepreneur, having founded numerous creative and artistic ventures, in addition to sitting on various boards.

Tyler brings over three decades of experience in the CPG and beverage industries. He has held various leadership roles at companies such as PepsiCo, Peet's Coffee, Super Coffee, and Caulipower, where he currently serves as CEO. Tyler also manages Ricks Family Ventures LLC, a family office with investments in dozens of disruptive food and beverage companies.
