SHIPPING AND RETURNS POLICY

Shipping

The GURU Customer Care team is committed to efficiently processing orders. Orders placed before 12 PM EST are processed within 24 hours of receipt, and shipped as soon as possible in accordance with the delivery time set by third party carriers. Our operating hours are Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM EST. We ship through third-party carriers using their standard shipping methods. You will receive tracking number(s) via e-mail. Orders with multiple products may be shipped from different locations and may arrive on separate days.

Our warehouse teams and third-party carriers make every effort to pick, pack, ship, and route orders efficiently and in a timely manner. Shipping delays may increase during periods with high order volumes or be voluntarily delayed due to cold weather or natural disasters.

Availability and shipping coverage is verified at time of purchase. If one or more product is unavailable the order will not be processed, and you will be prompted to modify your cart. Our carriers cover most US states and territories, as well as most Canadian provinces, however, the specific coverage for each State, Province or territory is determined by our carriers. Shipping is performed by a third party, which is responsible for defining coverage, time, and availability. We are not responsible for territories unattended by third-party carriers, nor for any delay or cancellation in the delivery process.

Shipping method shall be defined and determined by the third-party carriers. Free shipping may be applicable due to limited time offers, coupons or similar promotions. We reserve the right to modify shipping fees and terms without notice.

We deliver your Order free of charge with the purchase of products worth $75 or more (before taxes and after all applicable rebates have been deducted). If your Order is under $75, you will be informed of shipping fees at checkout.

Please note that once and order is placed, it cannot be edited. We are unable to update quantities, add or remove items, or modify the shipping addresses. Carefully review your purchase before submitting your order to ensure the accuracy of billing/shipping addresses and ordered quantities.

We carry no responsibility for Orders with missing or invalid shipping address information, wrong item ordered, boxes which are left in apartment building mail rooms, stolen packages, or packages which are otherwise not received after delivery by the carrier. We make every effort to communicate tracking and delivery information to you throughout the order and shipping process.

Returns

Our goal is that all our customers are satisfied with their Orders.

Please inspect your Order upon reception and contact us within 14 days of receiving your product if it is damaged, does not meet your expectations or if you received the wrong item. Include pictures of the product, the shipping label, and any other helpful information with your request and send it to [email protected], and we will work to make things right.

If we approve a refund, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Due to the nature of our products and to ensure the safety and wellbeing of our customers, returns or exchanges are not accepted for any reason for opened products. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
