Does GURU drinks contain taurine?
All GURU products are taurine free.
Energy drinks are usually loaded with tons of sugar. How much sugar does a GURU contain?

Does GURU Lite contain any artificial sweetener or aspartame?
None of our products contain artificial sweeteners, such as sucralose or aspartame. We use stevia and monk fruit, two natural plants, to sweeten our drinks, without adding calories.
Where do your ingredients come from?
GURU drinks are inspired by functional plants coming from different regions of the world. We source ingredients depending on their origin : United States, Canada, Brazil, China and Japan.
I am pregnant, is it safe for me to drink GURU?
Caffeine consumption is not recommended to pregnant or breastfeeding women. It's also not recommended for children under 18 years old.
Why use aluminum cans?
We use aluminum cans because they can be entirely and indefinitely recycled. They also help keep our drinks fresh for longer. Please consign.
Is it possible to mix GURU with alcohol?
We do not recommend mixing alcohol and energy drinks.
I received some slightly dented cans, can I still drink from them?
It can happen that cans touch each other during transportation, which may result in small dents. If you notice minor imperfections on our cans, rest assured that it does not affect the quality or safety of our products. We invite you to enjoy our beverage with confidence. How can I obtain a promotional code or a coupon?
To receive all our promotional offers and coupons, we invite you to visit our website and sign up for our newsletter. Your first $10.00 coupon will be sent to you via email after confirming your subscription.
How do you make sure transactions are secure?
All transactions are processed by Shopify Payments, an integrated 3D Secure checkout solution, managed by Shopify, that has strict security requirements for electronic payments to reduce the risk of fraud. We do not store any payment information on our website.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
Please note that all orders are final upon confirmation and cannot be canceled or modified thereafter.
What is your return policy?
Our goal is that all our customers are satisfied with their orders. If your order is damaged or does not meet your expectations, please take a picture and email us at [email protected], and we will happily work with you and share our GUUUUD Energy.
DELIVERY AND RETURNS
Are there any shipping fees for online orders?
Shipping is always free for all orders over $75. Orders under that have a flat $8 non-refundable shipping fee. When you subscribe to automatic delivery, you can also enjoy free shipping on all orders.
Can I return or exchange cases of GURU?
All sales are final on our website. We do not offer exchanges or returns. Please contact us at [email protected] if you encounter any issues regarding your GURU order.
Who to contact if my order shows delivered and I haven't received it?
You should wait 24 hours and contact the carrier to open a search case.
How can I track my order?
You will receive a tracking email once your order leaves our warehouse. You can also track your order in your account, under the Order tracking tab.
How long does it usually takes to receive an order?
Your order will be processed within 24 hours (on weekdays) , and shipped to you within 3-5 business days. Shipping delays may increase during promotions.
